The Cheese Experience

Little Creek Cheese is a small family owned and operated business producing hand made multiple award-winning cheese and condiments for over 8 years. Located in the Old Wyong Milk Factory 45 mins from Sydney. Our cheese makers are passionate about sharing their knowledge and sampling their cheese to visitors.

Experience 1               THE CHEESE EXPERIENCE 
Go behind the scenes with the cheesemaker and discover some of the history of the site, as well as the beginnings of Little Creek Cheese. Enjoy a hands on session on making ricotta and paneer which you can take with you. Have a private tasting with the cheesemaker.

• Ricotta and Paneer cheese making lesson

LOCATION
45 mins drive north of Sydney, 30 mins drive south of Newcastle, 5 mins from either turn off
from the M1 motorway, 20 min walk from Wyong railway station.


WHAT TO BRING
Must have socks whilst in the making room, hair must be able to be contained under a hairnet
(hairnet provided). You will be in a working food factory, therefore minimum jewellery would be appreciated and we accept absolutely no liability for any losses.


PRICE PER PERSON, INCLUDING GST
Adults $220.00, Children over 10 years of age $220.00. Experience is not suitable for children under the age of 10. Each child must be accompanied by a paying adult. Currently mobility assisted options are not available.


BOOKINGS . Currently on hold due to personal health constraints
Experiences run 4th Sunday of each month 9:30am and takes about 2½ hours, minimum 4 people maximum 10 per session. Booking deadline Wednesday prior. Private individual and group tour available by request. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American express.
